Privacy Policy

The short version: we don’t ask for your name or email, we don’t use cookies for tracking or advertising, our visitor statistics are anonymous, we don’t sell data, and we collect only what the site needs to work and to stay free of spam.
1. Who is responsible

We do not ask for your real name, email or phone number, and we ask you not to include personal details in posts.
3. Cookies and browser storage
We do not use advertising, analytics or tracking cookies. We use your browser’s local storage only for things you ask for: your random visitor ID, your nickname (so you don’t have to retype it) and your accessibility settings. This storage is strictly necessary for those features, stays on your device and can be deleted at any time by clearing your browser data. Fonts and all other files are served from our own domain — we do not load resources from Google, advertising networks or social networks. The only third-party script is Cloudflare’s cookie-free analytics.
4. Legal basis
Where the EU/UK General Data Protection Regulation applies, we process this information on the basis of our legitimate interest in running a safe, spam-free public website (Article 6(1)(f)), and to provide the features you choose to use. We process information in accordance with the Israeli Protection of Privacy Law, 5741-1981, and its regulations.
5. Who we share it with
Public content is visible to everyone. Otherwise, we share information only with our hosting and infrastructure provider, Cloudflare, Inc., which processes it on our behalf to run the site, and with authorities where required by law. We never sell or rent personal information. Cloudflare operates a global network, so information may be processed outside your country, subject to appropriate safeguards.
6. Your rights
You may ask to see, correct or delete information about you — for example to delete a post or comment you wrote. Because there are no accounts, please tell us the page address and the exact text of the content, and, if possible, send the request from the same browser. Write to contact@aibreakingpoint.com. You may also have the right to object, to restrict processing, and to complain to a data-protection authority (in Israel: the Privacy Protection Authority).
7. Children
The site is not directed at children. You must be at least 16 to post, comment or vote. If you believe a child has posted personal information, contact us and we will remove it.
8. Security
The site is served only over encrypted connections (HTTPS). We store as little as possible and scramble IP addresses before storing them. No system is perfectly secure, but we take reasonable measures to protect information.
9. Changes
We will update this page if our practices change. The date at the top shows the latest version.
